Parish-en-le-Frith Parish Council would like to make you aware of an important development regarding the MUGA located in the Memorial Park.  Following the most recent court hearing the Parish Council has been unsuccessful in its defence.

The Parish Council takes its responsibilities seriously and will fully comply with the legal ruling when it’s received.  At the same time, we are committed to using this moment to take the opportunity to take a fresh look at the entire park with the aim of improving the space for all residents.

We are in the early stages of planning a full consultation with the community, with a chance to build something positive for the future of the park.
