The business to be transacted will be as follows:
1. 7pm - To receive any apologies for absence

3. To consider any applications for Dispensations
4. To determine which items, if any, from the agenda should be taken with the public excluded. If the Parish Council decides to exclude the public, it will be necessary to pass a resolution in the following terms: “to consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) s1 to exclude members of the press and public in order to discuss item number ...”
This item will then be discussed with the press and public excluded.'

11. 7.50pm To consider the information requested by Councillor Ockenden relating to the Clerk’s emails.
12. To consider Planning Applications notified to the Parish Council – see below
13. 8.00pm - To consider any Planning Appeals notified to the Parish Council
14. 8.05pm - To comment on any Planning Decision Notices
15. 8.10pm - Finance:
(a) To authorise the schedule of accounts presented for payment
(b) To note the actual year-to-date income and expenditure against budget
16. 8.20pm To consider under Health and Safety bringing forward the purchase or lease of a commercial van for Park Staff
17. 8.30pm To consider the solicitors’ engagement letter regarding the Pre-Action Protocol for Judicial Review
18. 8.25pm To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting.
