The business to be transacted will be as follows:
27/0127 To receive any apologies for absence
27/0128 To make any Declarations of Interest
27/0129 To consider any applications for Dispensations
27/0130 To determine which items, if any, from the agenda should be taken with the public excluded. If the Parish Council decides to exclude the public, it will be necessary to pass a resolution in the following terms: “to consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) s1 to exclude members of the press and public in order to discuss item number ...” This item will then be discussed with the press and public excluded'

27/0133 Public Participation – up to 10 minutes will be made available for members of the public to raise matters relevant to the business of the Parish Council:

27/0134 To approve the minutes of the Monthly Council meeting held on 2nd June and the Extraordinary Meeting held on 16th June 2026
27/0135 To receive the Chair’s Report
27/0136 Finance:
a) To authorise the schedule of accounts presented for payment
b) To note the actual year-to-date income and expenditure against budget
27/137 Motion from Councillor Hill that the Parish Council approves an additional budget uplift of £4k to the Parks Vehicle budget. This additional budget to come from budget line Amenities Equipment & Machinery Repair (Nominal Code 1339). There is £8,000 on this budget line for 2026/27 but only £3,000 was spent last year
