Bookings open for the winter programme on Monday 1^st December 2025. Anyone wishing to book a free space at an It’s About Me holiday club will need their unique HAF/ IAM code which is available from schools.

If a child is not in school but is still eligible for benefit related free school meals, then please contact our team via email on haf.enquiries@derbyshire.gov.uk.

There are a small number of spaces available for children and young people who are not eligible, but children’s professionals believe it may benefit them to attend. If you wish to discuss a particular case in which the child does not meet the initial criteria, please contact the team via email on haf.enquiries@derbyshire.gov.uk.
