Each year the Parish Council’s Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) needs to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by Smaller Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd.  As the unaudited AGAR has yet to be reviewed by the appointed auditor, it is subject to change as a result of that review. Court case

Any residents who are following the court case "Jones & Others v Chapel–en-le-Frith Parish Council – 2300227922" in Manchester Magistrates' Court might know that the case was scheduled to be heard today. Unfortunately we have been advised by HM Courts Service that, due to court availability, the case is now having to be deferred to a later date - we don't yet know what that date is. The case is about the Memorial Park.
